About Cancellation
You have to pay the following fees for cancellation. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the start time or cancellations without contact.
| Within 10 to 8 days of the day of the booked tour | 20% |
| Within 7 to 2 days of the day of the booked tour | 30% |
| Within 1 day of the start of the booked tour | 40% |
| Until the departure time of the day of the booked tour | 50% |
| No show/Cancellation after the tour has started | 100% |
